Clues for Your Hike
- You will see a tan colored sign labeled West Lampeter Township and Heatherfield Park. Park along the side of the road. Please avoid parking directly in front of someone’s home.
- Take the wide paved path that gently winds past a few homes and then goes up a moderate hill. You will see a playground ahead.
- The path forks at the top. Bear left on the path and walk to the pavilion on the left. NEW LOCATION: The post can be found here.
- To return to your vehicle, continue on the path as it curves to the right, and you will see baseball fields beyond the fence.
Look to your left and you will find the post on a tree. (The post is no longer located here.)
- Walk onward as you complete this loop and turn left at the fork. You are now retracing your path, going down the hill.
- Walk down the path back to where you parked.
